Montreal Sewing Bloggers’ Meetup

It’s confirmed! The next Montreal Sewing Bloggers Meetup will take place on Sunday September 8 at noon. This time our host will be Caroline of Sew-Eng.

(I think it is so great that this is a rotating event with a different host each time. So much fun!)

We’ll be having lunch and then going to the Montreal’s Costume and Textile Museum. The museum will be showing the Tapis Rouge exhibit.

From their press release:

Visitors can wander among famous names such as Schiaparelli, Jean Patou, Thierry Mugler, Arnold Scaasi and Christian Dior. This tribute to fashion will also be staring creations from designers Christian Chenail, Valérie Dumaine, Joseph Helmer, Jocelyn Picard, Marie St-‐Pierre and Tavan and Mitto.
The Museum of Costume and Textile of Quebec invites fashion lovers and the curious to be charmed by the sensuality and sophistication of the finest design.

Quite a few people have already confirmed, so be sure to hop over to Caroline’s blog to RSVP!
